                           MENSTRUATION                                                                                                                               ▪︎A major change in the girl is the beginning of the menstrual cycle.
▪︎It marks the beginning of reproductive life of a woman.
▪︎A typical menstrual cycle occurs every 28 to 30 days.
🔴DAYS 1-5:- Mensuration occurs while various hormones activate the formation of an egg in the ovary.
🔴DAYS 6-13:- The egg continues to be formed where as the lining of the uterus is being prepared to receive it.
🔴DAYS 15-28:- If the egg is fertilized it implants itself in the Wall of the uterus,but if the egg is not fertilised, blood vessels in the walls of the uterus shrink become oxygen deprived,breakdown, and move out of the vagina in the form of bleeding called menstrual flow.
     ◼Mansuration continues till the age of 45 to 50 years and ends in a stage called Menopause.
◼ No eggs are released after Menopause and the ability of women to bear children's stop.
